What this site is, and isn't
Two short lists — what this website does, and who stands behind it legally.
Ground rules for this website
This is a noticeboard for Seagrass Point — an address, a phone number, a calendar — never a gaming platform of any kind.
None of these pages process a bet, a payment, or a booking — the venue handles all of that in person, on the night.
Every link here leads only to another page on this same site — nothing external is attached anywhere.
This page can be revised at any time; whichever version is live is the one that applies.
The legal publisher of this website
This site is published by WAFFLE ADVERTISING LTD, 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, wherever in the world this page happens to be opened.
Legal enquiries about the website should go to WAFFLE ADVERTISING LTD directly, not to the venue in Hervey Bay.
None of this overrides the house rules that apply once you're actually through the door.
