What we hold, and why
We only ever collect what's handed over voluntarily — mainly a name, phone number or email, if the contact page gets used, kept for about a month before it's cleared.
The building also runs CCTV, covering the entrance and the card room for security, with footage held for about a week and never shared beyond that.
Two small flags live in your browser too: one remembers you've confirmed you're over eighteen, the other that you've already seen this site's cookie banner.
